Educated Equines is a family run business based in the picturesque village of Charney Bassett, roughly in the centre of the triangle formed by Abingdon, Faringdon and Wantage, nestling on the north bank of the river Ock.

The yard itself consists of 6 stables in the courtyard, a further 4 Pony stables in the Barn and 22 acres of organic pasture. We also have 25 acres of pasture off site on which we graze the juvenile and resting Equines.

The paddocks are post and railed, well drained and offer shelter from the weather.

We have a full set of showjumps and grass arena in use 8 months of the year and use of a Softrack 60x40 menage all year round.

The Oxfordshire countryside offers plentiful off-road hacking and also country lanes to get ponies used to farm machinery and as a form of roadwork to keep them fit.

We are easily accessible, being only 8 miles from Didcot train station, 20 mins from the M4 and 1 1/2 hours from Heathrow airport.
