The services we offer
"...It is such a mine field out there when buying ponies for children, what I will say is give these guy’s a shout, they are honest, straight forward and genuine..."

Breaking Livery
With a high turnover of Breaking liveries, we are probably one of South Oxfordshire's most popular choices of breaking yards.
Using a tried, tested and established method, we ensure a comfortable and progressive start to your Equine's ridden career.
No Horse/Pony is rushed. From our experience of breaking, we know that each Horse is different and therefore some will need more work on a certain subject, that they otherwise may not quite understand.
We suggest a period of 8 weeks to successfully break-in and ride away your Horse/Pony - always depending on the individual and previous experience.
Ponies are also introduced to being lead out from another Horse for exercise. This means that they can be easily exercised by the rider's parent(s) whom may be too large to ride him/her.
Schooling / Rehabilitation livery
Our schooling / rehabilitation livery service covers a wide range of key subjects and problems.
We can work with your Equine friend to help rehabilitate him/her and resolve problems such as:
BuckingRearingNappingBoltingLoss of confidence / spookingTraffic shynessUnsettled at showsScared of HoundsRefusing, running out and spooking at jumps
We can work with your Equine Friend to school and further educate him/her in key subjects such as:
Flatwork trainingJump trainingXC training
We can also help with Leading, Loading and general Handling issues.
We provide a totally flexible, tailored programme perfectly adapted to you and your Horse/Pony.
We involve you as much as possible, keeping you informed at all times. You can come and visit your Horse/Pony whenever you wish and are welcome to meet us at shows.
Nothing is more disheartening than seeing your Equine friend progressing well at the livery yard, only to get him/her home and realise that the "magic" has worn off and you are back to square one. To combat this, we provide full support following the reunion, so you can rest assured that we will be behind you, supporting you every step of the way, with positive advice and feedback.
We will explore both mental and physical issues surrounding your Equine's behaviour(s), working closely with our team of dedicated, enthusiastic and expert Equine Nutritionist, Dentist, McTimoney chiropractor, Farrier, Saddle fitter and Vet.
We will discuss with you at length your requirements and aspirations. We will then endeavour to prepare and re-school your Equine friend for success in your chosen discipline and alleviate any problems.
Whilst working with your Equine friend, we can help you if you have lost confidence from the problems you have been experiencing with your Horse/Pony. We have helped clients who had their confidence completely shattered from nasty falls, refusals and bolting incidents.
So, if you feel you have hit a brick wall, reached a dead end, or that your Horse/Pony is "far too good" and you don't know how to move forward with him/her, it will be something we will be able to help rectify and assist you with...

Ideal for busy people i.e. commuters that enjoy the pleasures of a Sunday stroll or the adrenaline rush of fierce competition but do not have the time to look after and prepare their horse to perform at his/her best ability. Maybe you need to be able to relax with the peace of mind that your horse is being looked after and cherished with all the attention he/she deserves. Exercise program, balanced hard feed diet etc; specifically calculated with your ponies’ every need addressed.Sales Livery
Our Sales livery package offers an affordable and competitive alternative service to many other businesses.
We charge Schooling / Rehabilitation Livery for the first two weeks whilst we assess your Horse/Pony. We will then school and/or compete him/her to ensure that the best possible sale price is obtained. Once all parties agree that the Horse/Pony has reached his/her ideal point of sale, sales livery charges commence.
Your Horse/Pony will be turned out immaculately for every viewing and all prospective purchasers will be encouraged to try the Horse out thoroughly. Our facilities ensure that a full insight of the Horse can be gained, from jumping in the school, in the XC field, going hacking and even loading!
Because we believe that the needs and welfare of the Equine should always come before a sale, we will ascertain your Horse/Pony and his/her future owner(s) are well suited. You are invited to "vet" the future owner(s) yourself and even intercept calls, so you can be certain that your Equine friend is going to the right person. On the other hand, we are happy to take total responsibility for the whole service right through to the sale.
On completion of the sale, we charge 10% commision of the total sale price attained.
Holiday Livery
Have you a holiday or special occasion written in your diary and are wondering who will look after your Equine(s)?
Don't panic - your Pony is welcome to stay with us on Holiday livery whilst you are enjoying yourself in the sun!
So, whether you are going on a weekend break or a full holiday in the sun, give your Horse a well deserved rest too...
Your Pony will be turned out in one of our well maintained paddocks, either on his/her own or with other well tempered Ponies. We will provide all the care appropriate to the individual, with special care available for laminitic Ponies etc;
If your Horse/Pony does need to keep fit and in work, we can also provide a short-term full or schooling livery suitable for you.
Equine Kindergarten Club Livery
Our unique livery offers Youngsters the start in life they deserve.
They are turned out in one of our well maintained paddocks, together with a variety of juveniles, brood and barren mares. This simulates a band which (together with appropriate handling) instills the respect, the want to behave and be accepted that is an essential part of forming a well rounded horse!!!
Depending on his/her age, your equine friend can be brought in every other day to be handled, lightly groomed, have their feet picked out and be introduced to bitting, tack and rugs. We practice leading in the school, around the village and fields which prepares them for shows and hacking out at a later stage.
They are given a balanced hard feed diet and fed hay accordingly.
When your Horse is ready to be broken in, you can either transfer him/her onto our breaking livery, sell him/her (with or without our help) or take your well rounded, confident youngster home.
We pride ourselves on being able to wean your foal in the most natural way, eliminating unnecessary stress to both mare and foal. Therefore, Mares and their foals are welcome to stay on short term weaning livery.
Your Mare can then either return home or stay to be brought back in to work correctly, whilst your foal can either return home aswell or be turned out with a similar group of youngsters.
